Your task is to go through the menu, featuring the basic Chimichangas to the comparatively ostentatious Mahi Mahi Enchilada topped with grilled shrimp and coconut milk sauce (Guatemalan Style). There’s another side to Latin cuisine I appreciate, and that’s the eat-yourself-silly comfort food side: Chiles Rellenos are a pair of Poblano chilies stuffed with meat dipped in batter and pan-fried.”
